What this website collects, why, how long it is kept, and the rights you have over it under the Personal Data Protection Law.
This page describes the privacy practices that apply to this website.
Version 0.2 — published 6 October 2026.
What we collect
What you type into the contact form on the home page: your name, your work email, your organisation, which of the two kinds of organisation you pick — a company or group, or an IP agent or law firm — and anything you write in the message field. It is the only form on this site.
When you submit an enquiry, we record the language you were using, your IP address and browser information with the enquiry.
Nothing tracks you across the site. No analytics, no advertising identifiers, no behavioural profile, and no location beyond what an IP address implies.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, and to prepare the conversation you asked for.
A request is used to tailor the conversation to your organisation and its portfolio. It is not used for anything else, and it is not used to build a profile of you.
The basis for it
Your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry addressed to us.
You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us, and we will delete what we hold.
Who else sees it
Our own team.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. Where a service provider processes it on our behalf — email hosting, for example — they act on our instructions and nothing else.
No third-party script runs on this site, so there is nothing here for anyone else to read.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards for as long as we need it to keep an accurate record of who asked us for what.
If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia you have the right to know what we hold about you, to be given a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to have it destroyed.
Contact us to make any of these requests. We will review your request without requiring you to justify it.
How it is protected
In transit, everything is encrypted. At rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and every material action is recorded.
We would rather hold less of your data than defend more of it, which is why this page is short.
Children
This site is for people acting for an organisation, and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the version and date at the top change too.
This page may be updated. The displayed date identifies this version.
Questions, or a request about your data
Write to us and a person will answer. If you want to know what we hold, or want it deleted, this is the address to use.
