IP ORA

Terms and conditions.

The terms on which this website is made available — what it is for, what it is not, and where the platform's own agreement takes over.

These terms apply to your use of this website.

Version 0.2 — published 6 October 2026.

  1. What these terms cover

By using this website, you agree to these terms.

They do not cover the IP ORA platform. If your organisation uses the platform, the agreement it signed governs that service, and where the two ever appear to disagree, the signed agreement wins.

  2. Using the site

You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and get in touch through it.

Please do not attempt to break into it, to overload it, to scrape it wholesale, or to use it to send anything unlawful. We rate-limit the form and we may block a connection that behaves like an attack.

  3. This is not legal advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice on your own rights, and reading it creates no lawyer–client relationship.

Intellectual property is jurisdictional and deadline-driven, and a page written for a general reader cannot account for your mark, your class, your filing history or your dates. Before acting on anything here, ask us — or your own counsel — about your specific position.

  4. There are no accounts here

This site has no account and no payment of its own. Where it shows a Log in link, that link leaves this site for the IP ORA platform, and an account there is governed by the agreement your organisation signed. The one form on this site does one thing: it asks us to get in touch with you.

This site never asks for a password or a payment. Anyone inviting you to sign in or to pay through a page that looks like this one is not us.

  5. What belongs to whom

The text, design, artwork and code of this site belong to IP ORA, and its trade marks are ours.

Quoting a passage with attribution is fine. Republishing the site, or presenting its material as your own, is not.

Any trade mark shown in a product illustration on this site is an example, and belongs to whoever owns it.

  6. Availability

We work to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

Product screens shown on this site are illustrations with sample data. They are not figures about IP ORA or its clients.

  7. Links to other places

Where we link to a register, an authority or another organisation, we do not control what is on the other side of that link and we are not responsible for it.

A link is not an endorsement, and it is not a warranty that the information there is current.

  8. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where applicable laws of the Kingdom do not allow us to do so.

Beyond that, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on this website instead of obtaining advice about your specific position.

  9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

  10. Changes to these terms

The version number and date at the top of this page change whenever the text does.

This page may be updated. The displayed date identifies this version.
